We hold patient privacy and confidentiality in the highest regard. All employees sign a privacy agreement and are educated on HIPAA guidelines during their orientation. All employees must review and abide by the Code of Conduct established by Neurodiagnostic TEX which also contains confidentiality guidelines. It is stated in our Code of Conduct that any breach of confidentiality be reported to the administration of Neurodiagnostic TEX.
